Requisitos
MUST HAVE:Hands-on & Proactivity (attitude is a must!)Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts.Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst role.Hands-on profile for closing turnover periods.Strong results orientation and deadline compliance.Attention to detail and analytical mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive and autonomous in task execution.Advanced Excel skills.Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.Experience with financial systems such as Netsuite or similar.USA Bank operations knowledge.Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).NICE TO HAVE:Organizational skills;Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Autonomy and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines;Resilience to work in a dynamic environment;Fast learner with a dynamic personality
