Principais responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact;
• Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth;
• Lead executive meetings and deliver performance presentations (QBRs, reports, etc.);
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and propose consultative solutions;
• Monitor performance indicators (churn, NPS, revenue, engagement, etc.);
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (CX, operations, finance);
• Anticipate risks and act proactively to retain accounts;
• Ensure excellence throughout the customer journey (onboarding, ongoing, and renewal).

Requisitos técnicos

• Proven experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Account Management at a senior level;
• Demonstrated track record in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth;
• Strong communication and client relationship skills;
• Consultative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset;
• Experience with negotiation and leading contract renewals;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment;
• Advanced English proficiency (especially for reading, writing, and meetings — if applicable).
